Packaging Way.

Our products will pack as following:

Before packing, all of our products will clean all dusts.
All sets of pots will nest/ stack together ” small inside of large”. The space of each bottom or wall pots will fix by carton board. After that, whole pots will use carton board to be cross of large pcs to protect it. Then, it can make sure that pots will not move or crack during the transportation.

All pots will put on half or full pallets as Customer’s requirements or depend on the sizes of it. Each 2, 3 layers will use plastic strap to fix them. Then, it will continue to put another layers to enough pallets. Finally, we will fix whole pallets by some layers of FE to protect pots on pallets what they are not moving during the transportation by truck or Vessel.
Next step, All of pallets will scientifically load into container. It can make sure without empty container and safety as much as possible.

Please send notice to driver who move container from Port to your warehouse/ company. He should be slowly drive and avoid the potholes on the road.
You should be recheck whole container. Please kindly make sure that it is correct container and seal number. The door of container is remain without open yet.
At the time, when you open container, please kindly take photos to confirm that container arrives with cargoes in safety way without breakages. During the unload goods, if you find out any brokens’ pieces or pallets, please take videos or photos and send to us. We are commit that we will discount or send spare parts or replaces them to you in next orders.
During the unload container, please cut off strings or wooden pieces what we fixed pallets in container. Slowly and slowly to move pallets and make sure that they will not lean and fall down. Beside, all of bottom layers’ pots will not crack or breakages.

We prioritize the use of eco-friendly packaging materials and encourage customers to reuse or recycle the packaging after delivery.
