Quotations and Proforma Invoices (Sales Contract)

It includes the full details such as: pictures, dimensions, method of packing and the price will be in US$, FOB Ho Chi Minh City Port, Vietnam (Incoterms 2020).

Samples

These are free in charges. Samples will be provided to you within 10 days if they are available, or if not, and they need to be manufactured (and possibly a new mould made), then it may take up to one month.

The cost of transportation is yours.

Delivery time, Quality, Quantity and Specifications

Lead time is within 50 - 60 days from the confirmation date of order by email.

Quality - we only supply first quality.

Minimum Ordered Quantity is 1 x 20 dry foot container. Maximim number of different items for 1 x 20DC container is 10, and for 1 x 40DC Container is 20 items. Please allow +/-10% of ordered quantity for variations in tolerance of outdoor goods or +/-5% in tolerance for Indoor goods

Specifications - dimensions. Because all of our items are handmade and also because they shrink during the firing process, there is an allowance of +/-05% in the size with Outdoor goods, and +/- 02% for Indoor goods. We can make any design or shape. Please give your full instructions to us and we can meet your requirements.

Payment Terms

1. Payment terms

a. By Irrevocable Letter of Credit At Sight (L/C At Sight).

b. By telegraphic Transfer (TTR) with 30% deposited in advance when confirm the order and the balance 70% within 5 days after receipt of the copy documents via email

3. Conditions of payment

To L/C or TTR or D/P, It should be allowance +/- 10% in total amount or quantity of order to make full container.

Packing and Loading

1. Packing

This will depend on the size and shape of goods and we can offer any method of packing to suit your requirements. Normally, packing is on pallets or in carton box, carton bundle or wooden crates. We  always use the best method to ensure that you receive goods in safely conditions.

2. Label, sticker, barcode or shipping mark

We will label any items according to your instruction.

3. Loading

We will always try to load the full quantity of your order +/-10%.

We will load the goods in a safe way so that it is easy for you to unload.
